What your purchase covers

Little Moments helps you save photos and videos you can already access through your nursery login. One payment unlocks repeat downloads for that same nursery account on any device while this service is available. There is no subscription or device limit. Sign in using the same provider and login email to find your purchase. Contact us before paying again if your login changes or your purchase is not found.

The base price is £10 GBP, including any applicable tax. Stripe may offer payment in your local currency; its exchange rate includes a conversion fee. The final amount and currency are shown before you confirm payment.

Using the service

Use only an account you are authorised to access. Group photos may include other children: respect their privacy and the nursery’s rules when saving or sharing files. Little Moments is an independent service and is not endorsed by your nursery provider.

Keep the browser tab open during a transfer. Folder saving requires a supported browser; other browsers use ZIP parts. Large individual files may require desktop Chrome or Edge. A saved file is not a guarantee of cloud backup. Source quality, missing dates, account expiry, provider changes, and unavailable media can limit what we can save. Preview your selection before paying.

Your purchase and support

See our refund and cancellation policy if you cannot complete a download. Refunded purchases no longer unlock new transfers. Access may be suspended during a payment dispute. Existing files on your device are not removed.

We do not promise perpetual service availability. We will handle service failures and consumer remedies under applicable law. These terms do not exclude or restrict your statutory consumer rights.
