Help with a purchase or download
Include your checkout email or receipt reference for payment questions. For downloads, include your browser, device, save method, and a short description of the issue. Please do not send passwords, access tokens, private photo links, or photos of children.
For another device, sign into the same nursery provider with the same login email. If access is not restored, contact us before paying again. Download history is separate: bring your saved progress file or use the original download folder to resume without repeating files.
