How to Download Nursery Photos from Your Provider

Bright Horizons UK parents use the Bright Family app. Choose Bright Horizons UK in Little Moments to connect to the UK Bright Family account, rather than the general Famly sign-in.

For a Busy Bees Childcare account, choose Busy Bees in the nursery selector. Montessori by Busy Bees has a separate sign-in option, so check which app your nursery uses before connecting.

Montessori by Busy Bees uses its own nursery app sign-in. Choose Montessori by Busy Bees in Little Moments, even though it belongs to the wider Busy Bees group.

Choose N Family Club to use your N Family Club parent account. If your child attends N Family School instead, use that separate option in the nursery selector.

N Family School has a separate app sign-in from N Family Club. Select N Family School in Little Moments to preview the photos and videos available through your school account.

If your Kiddi Caru nursery uses the Grandir UK app, choose Grandir UK (Kiddi Caru) in Little Moments. Use the same parent login that you normally use for that app.

Parents using the TOSN app should choose The Old Station Nursery (TOSN). Little Moments connects to that provider account to find the memories your nursery has made available to you.

For Childbase Partnership nurseries using Childbase Famly, choose Childbase Partnership. This connects through the Childbase sign-in rather than the general Famly app option.

If you use Satchel for your Kindred nursery, choose Kindred Nurseries (Satchel). The Satchel app name and Kindred nursery name refer to the same provider option in Little Moments.

Select Seymour House for the Seymour House Day Nursery app. Use your existing parent account to preview the nursery photos and videos that are still accessible to you.

Nuffy Bear Day Nurseries are part of Nuffield Health. If you use the Nuffy Nursery app, choose Nuffy Bear Day Nurseries (Nuffield Health) in Little Moments.

Choose Twizzle Tops Day Nurseries for your Twizzle Tops parent app account. You can review the available memories before deciding whether to download them.

For a Treehouse Schools app account, select Treehouse Schools. A nursery with a similar name using the standard Famly app should use the general Famly option instead.

Parents using the Orchard Academy app can choose Children’s Orchard Academy in Little Moments. The selector uses the nursery’s full name to distinguish it from other Orchard nurseries.
