How do I download my photos?
Sign in to Little Moments with your normal nursery login details. The tool automatically scans your nursery feed and learning journeys, shows you a free preview of the memories it can currently find, and lets you download them in bulk without clicking one by one.
Little Moments is an independent tool for families, compatible with supported nursery apps.

Which devices can I use?
Yes. On desktop Chrome and Edge, choose a folder and Little Moments organises the files for you. On iPhone, iPad, and Android, use the save menu to send each ZIP to Files or another app. If that menu is unavailable, you can download the ZIP normally.
How much does it cost?
Little Moments costs a single one-time payment of $19.99 USD for your nursery account. There is no recurring subscription or device limit. You can preview the memories currently available before deciding to buy. The final price and currency are shown at checkout.
Can I return for new photos?
Yes. Your purchase stays linked to your nursery account, with no fixed licence expiry or device limit. You can return for newly available memories while Little Moments remains available and compatible.
What if I need help saving my photos?
We’re here to help. If a download is interrupted, return to your original folder or restore your saved progress to pick up where you left off. Contact us if you get stuck, and please don’t pay again for the same account.
